If this is your first time using blogger:
1. Sign up for a Gmail account with Google or use an existing account to get started with Blogger.
2. A box will automatically pop up on your screen, where you can then enter a name of your choosing for your blog.
3. Upon clicking next you will be prompted to create your blog URL.
4. After clicking save you are all set to start posting!
Section b
If you are a returning blogger user looking to create a new one with the same email:
1. At the top left side of your screen, if a task bar is not visible click on the 3 horizontal overlapping lines symbol to then open it.
2. From there you're going to click on the downward facing arrow
3. Once you click, a drop down bar will appear and you will select the "New blog..." option.
